Countdown Software Makes Wedding Planning Fun
T-Minus Enterprises recently released an entertaining software program, T-Minus Countdown Clock, allowing couples and their families to count down to their wedding day. The software counts down months, days, hours, minutes and seconds, building anticipation for the wedding.
/Wedding and Bridal News Articles/ - February 23, 2005 - Engaged couples, as well as their family and friends, can now count down to the wedding with the new PC software T-Minus Countdown ClockTM. This simple, entertaining program lets couples monitor the years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds until the big day. It can be customized with personal photos and songs.
The Wedding Countdown Clock comes pre-programmed with a wedding photo and the Wedding March song, but users can replace those with their own photos and music, such as an engagement photo and personal wedding song.
The countdown can be displayed on the user's PC desktop or viewed as a screensaver. Also, it can be added to the bottom of outgoing emails automatically, so friends, family and colleagues can join in the count down.
"Anticipation is part of wedding planning," explains Chris Ritchie, CEO of T-Minus Enterprises, LLC. "Our software adds excitement, in a personalized way. Everyone's wedding day goes by so fast, the countdown extends the life of this special occasion."
In addition to the wedding countdown, T-Minus Countdown Clock is available for more than 40 popular events and holidays. Users can also expand the software to count down to a birthday, a party, anniversary, baby's due date and more. Holiday countdowns are available for New Year's Eve, Halloween, Easter, Fourth of July, and Christmas, among others.
The software can not only count down, it can count up. Couples can track the time since their wedding day. Parents can track their baby's age since his/her date of birth. A user can count up the time since the start of a diet or since quitting smoking.
"There are many ways to use the software," says Ritchie. "Our website www.TheCountdownClock.com lists over 100 events to count down."
T-Minus Countdown Clock was originally developed in 1997 to count down to the new Millennium. Companies such as Ontario Hydro in Canada used it to prepare for Y2K. Now in its fifth version, the software is used in 17 countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.
The price for T-Minus Countdown Clock starts at $9.99. Users can order by phone, fax, mail or online by visiting www.TheCountdownClock.com.
