This year, A Soolip Wedding introduces A Green Wedding for the eco- conscious bride and groom. Environmentally sustainable elegance now is possible with aesthetically-pleasing choices, ranging from tree-free papers and other reclaimed materials, to organically grown and wild-harvested ingredients for festive party foods, to party favors that have a life beyond the event. "Though going completely green for many of us is a seemingly impossible hurdle, know that each environmentally sound action we take does make a difference," says Wanda Wen, Co-Founder of Soolip and creator of A Soolip Wedding.

A formal runway fashion show featuring gowns by Monique Lhuillier, make-up by Sephora, and hair by Chris McMillan (the Salon) will highlight the event. Krislyn Designs will accent the runway with a natural and organic environment.

Guests will also have the opportunity to drop in on "Conversations with Experts," talks by bridal industry professionals sharing their advice and secrets of the trade. These experts include Kathy Nenneker of Los Angeles Weddings, Wanda Wen of Soolip, and Helene Hale from Gearys.
