With 12 years of professional experience, Ms. Chou excels in floral and invitation design. As owner and coordinator, she is responsible for planning weddings, birthday parties, corporate meetings and other special events. Her duties include overseeing advertising, sales calls, following up on prospective clients, setting appointments and arranging meetings. Prior to starting Master Plans, she began her career as a coordinator for a non-profit organization, where she developed an interest in event planning. She attributes her success to her personal drive and customer service skills.

Ms. Chou received her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and Organizational Management from the University of Southern California in 2004 and became a certified wedding planner through Wedding Solutions. Ms. Chou is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the International Special Events Society and hopes to further expand her business.
