Shirley D. M. Keay is a planner. For over 13 years, she has utilized her knack for event coordination to plan almost any type of occasion, including birthday and anniversary parties, baby and bridal showers, social gatherings, dinners, nonprofit fundraisers and retirements, to name just a few. After planning her own wedding, Shirley decided to establish her own event planning firm with a focus on wedding and special events.
